Each of our customer’s hospitals has its own designated MPI engineer to provide a known, reliable point of contact and to organize and co-ordinate maintenance visits. However MPI are happy to discuss dedicated site based engineers working alongside our mobile field engineers to provide customers with the service that best suits their operational dictates.
