Medical Physics International has modern engineering maintenance facilities at 3 locations, enabling us to reach most of our UK customers within a 3 hour time frame. Each laboratory is equipped with the very latest test and calibration equipment. Our quality management system ensures that the equipment is checked and calibrated by independent accredited laboratories and each of our sites maintains an up to date technical library.

MPI’s online database, developed by our own technicians enables all maintenance tasks to be fully monitored and traced at any time by the customer; the database has been developed to specifically address the requirements of National Care Standards audits. Our quality system BS EN ISO 9000:2001 is overseen by Medical Physics International’s quality manager and is independently audited and accredited.

MPI’s service technicians are Factory / Manufacturer trained and our extensive training program ensures that they remain fully conversant with changes in technology, constantly having their knowledge updated both by the manufacturer and an extensive in house training program.

All practices are in line with the MHRA Guidelines, DB2006(05) “Managing Medical Devices, Guidance for Healthcare and Social Services Organisations”.
