Medical Physics International was recently awarded the contract to build a 220m² modular operating department on behalf of Ramsay Healthcare Ltd at Westmoreland General Hospital in Kendal. Commencing on site at the beginning of February the 12 week project is due to be handed over on the 2^nd May 2008. It features a 58m² operating theatre with Howorth Downflow canopy and a 19m² anaesthetic room. This totally modular construction is designed to be easily moved to another location on completion of the Ramsay Healthcare contract at WGH.
